SOLVYN™ currently offers shipping to the United States and Israel, subject to product availability and the shipping options offered at checkout.
We do not currently offer shipping to other countries.
For SOLVYN™ Shoe Washing Bags, the current estimated delivery times are:

Israel: 15–21 calendar days from order confirmation.
These estimates include order processing and delivery and apply where the relevant delivery timeframe is displayed for the selected destination.
Other products may have different delivery estimates. The applicable timeframe will be communicated before purchase.
Delivery estimates are not unconditional guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, public holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, security events, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Where we cannot ship an order within an applicable promised timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, consent request, cancellation option, or refund required by law.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
We offer a voluntary 30-day return request period for eligible products, beginning on the date the customer receives the order.
